Types of Appraisals

Full Appraisal

Entrance to property is required, 2 exterior pictures as well as one street picture included, comparables of neighbouring houses included in report, as well as detailed description and breakdown of final value of the house to be appraised, interior photos upon request.

Drive-by Appraisal

When entrance is not necessary, or cannot be accessed. A picture of exterior will be taken. Final value is a range for the subject.


Transferee Appraisal

Required only when an employee is relocating, a more in-depth appraisal than a full appraisal, includes full interior pictures as well as comparable sales and listings.
