Company History

Mississauga Appraisal Services has been servicing the GTA and surrounding area since 1986. Our president, Adrian Cox, entered the real estate field in 1972, and has been appraising properties since. Due to our experience and knowledge of the real estate market, we understand the whole appraisal process. We have a full staff of qualified, experienced appraisers on hand, as well as a very organized and knowledgeable office staff to complete our team.

Since 1986, not only has Mississauga Appraisals expanded geographically, we now offer a full range of residential, commercial and investment real estate appraisal services, including market value estimates for financing, court preceedings, Revenue Canada, insurance and arbitration purposes.
