Time Guidelines

Our Service Time Frame

As with most services of our type, the entire process depends on how quickly we can gain access to the property. Once we've been able to set a successful appointment, the appraisal will be completed within 3-4 working days of the appointment. During that time frame, we complete the appraisal, will provide you with a verbal appraisal, and at your request can fax a copy over to you to help speed up your workload. The original will be sent within the 3-4 days by your choice of shipment. Same day Services is available, please call for details.

 

Methods of Shipment

Along with the traditional postal mail, we are pleased to offer many alternatives. A more convenient and faster way for both our customers and ourselves is to e-mail the appraisal. Many of our customers have enjoyed taking advantage of this service since we first offered it in 1994. We can also use your company's inter-office mail system, courier the appraisal to you, or simply fax it, depending on your needs.
